Present petition is filed by the petitioner for directing to the respondent No.2 - Caste Scrutiny Committee, Amravati to decide his caste claim filed on 10.09.2012. 2.

Admittedly, the caste claim came to be decided by the Caste Scrutiny Committee and the very same order is under challenged in Writ Petition (St.) No.13069/2020. As such, the present writ petition has become infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
