DATED : 19/01/2024 Since the petitioner seeks the limited relief of the direction to the respondent No.1 to consider the report dated 04.09.2023 submitted to him by the respondent No.2 (page 23), in pursuance to the communication dated 19.04.2023 by the Additional Collector (page 22), no notice to the respondent No.3 would be necessary. Considering which, the petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.1 to consider the report dated 04.09.2023 and in case, he forms an opinion, that further action is required to be taken, he shall first, issue notice to the respondent No.3, before doing so, and shall decide the same in accordance with law. The same shall be done within a period of three weeks. The petition is, therefore, disposed of in above terms.
