By the order passed on Criminal Application (BA) No. 870 of 2018 on 6th October 2018, this Court directed that the applicant be released on bail on depositing cash security of Rs.One Lakh and furnishing two solvent sureties of Rs.Twenty Thousand each.

Now, the accused has filed this criminal application praying that the condition of depositing Rs.One Lakh as cash security be relaxed / modified.

Pursis dated 22nd December 2018 is filed on behalf of the applicant giving names of two persons who have undertaken to furnish solvent surety.

The learned A.P.P. has submitted that the Investigating Officer has verified the genuineness of the solvent sureties.

In view of the above, following order is passed:

2 appp1933.18 The condition of depositing Rs.One Lakh as cash security imposed by the order dated 6th October 2018 is modified and it is directed that the applicant-Sugrabi Sk. Rauf, having been arrested in connection with Crime/FIR No. 322 of 2018, registered by the Non-applicant, be released on bail on furnishing solvent sureties for Rs.Fifty Thousand each by Sheikh Mushtaq Sheikh Ismail and Sheikh Yakub Sheikh Razzak.

The criminal application is allowed in the above terms.
