The charge-sheet contains statements of five eye witnesses and also the post mortem report which shows that the deceased has suffered 14 stab injuries and 6 incised wounds.

After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, when the Court was about to dismiss the application, Mr. Samudre, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application. Permission is granted as prayed for.
