This is an application for condonation of 131 days delay caused in filing the appeal.

While explaining the delay, the applicant has stated that since he had no knowledge of the legal proceeding, he took legal opinion and for the same he was required to consult the advocate. However, in this process, the delay has been caused.

Considering the nature of the dispute and the reasons stated in the application, we are of the opinion that the delay needs to be condoned in the interest of justice. 5.

Accordingly, the civil application is allowed.
