At the outset Mr. Bezalwar, learned counsel for applicant submits that in view of the filing of the chargesheet applicant wishes to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh bail application before the learned trial Court.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh application before the learned trial Court in view of the change in circumstance i.e. filing of the charge-sheet.

It is made clear that case of the applicant has not considered on its merit.
