The petitioner claims to be the wife of an employee who appears to be working with the respondent-Food and Drugs Department. 2.

According to the petitioner, the appointment of the respondent No.4, which was carried out way back in the year 1996, is illegal. 3.

We hardly see any locus of the petitioner to approach this Court with such a prayer, as the petitioner cannot be said to be an aggrieved person. Apart from this, the present petition seems to be a proxy petition filed on behalf of the petitioner's husband, whose cause is being sought to be espoused by the petitioner.

As such, we dismiss the petition with the costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand).
