When Court was about to dismiss the application, learned counsel for applicant submits that he wishes to withdraw the application.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Since learned counsel for applicant is withdrawing the application, the Court is not giving detailed reasons for its dismissal.

At this stage, learned Counsel for applicant submits that liberty may be granted to applicant to file an application for bail afresh before the Court below after filing of the charge-sheet.

Liberty is granted to applicant to file an application afresh after filing of the charge-sheet which will be a change in the circumstance.
