Civil Application [CAF] Nos.502 & 535 of 2020: Learned Counsel for the applicant states that principal amount has been deposited before the Reference Court and the balance amount will be deposited before this Court within two weeks. In the light of the said statement, the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award, dated 13/01/2017 stands stayed till final disposal of the appeal subject to deposit of the balance amount within two weeks.
