Present application for condonation of delay is signed by Senior Manager (Legal), Western Coalfields Ltd. Though Mr. Mandhare is opposing the application, he has not filed reply to application. Resultantly, the statements made on oath have remained uncontroverted.

Further, Mr. Ghare points out that pursuant to his earlier statement made before this Court on 22.11.2021, applicant-WCL has already deposited Rs.28,20,441/- before this Court.

In that view of the matter, application is allowed. The delay is condoned.
