Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the order passed in Writ Petition No.3851/2019.

I do not find any ground made out to invoke review jurisdiction as urged.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that for want of sanction to the post of Assistant Teacher for Standard 8th, the applicants are finding it difficult to pay back wages to the nonapplicant no.1 as the salary bills would not be sanctioned by the Education Officer. Adjudication of this aspect would be beyond the scope of the review application. It is open for the applicants to take such steps as are permissible in law in that regard. The miscellaneous civil application and pending civil applications are therefore rejected.
