Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. According to him, the petitioner has made an application for allotment of Plot No.F-65, admeasuring 2500 square meters in Amravati Industrial Area of MIDC for expanding his textile industrial business. The said application was rejected by the respondents without granting any opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The learned counsel has prayed that the direction be issued to the respondents to decide the said application as per Regulation 4 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation Disposal of Land Regulations, 1975. Be that as it may. We direct the respondents to decide the application preferred by the petitioner on 18th July, 2024, ignoring the earlier communication dated 26th September, 2025. Needless to mention that the respondents shall grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner before taking a final decision. The said exercise be completed by the respondents within a period of six weeks from today.
