According to the petitioner, his land admeasuring 61 sq. meter, situated at MoujaManewada, in Khasara No.12/2 C, P. H. N No.39, is shown as 'open land', which according to him was not correct. He therefore made representation before the respondent-Nagpur Improvement Trust (NIT) on 25.06.2025, which is produced at page 11 to the petition as Annexure-A.

Since the representation dated 25.06.2025 is not decided, we direct the respondent-NIT to decide the representation dated 25.06.2025 within a period of eight weeks from today. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of the order passed today before the NIT within a period of one week from today.

With these observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
