After hearing learned counsel Shri Karan Singh Gour for applicants and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri S.M.Ghodeswar for the State and when the Court was not inclined to grant relief, learned counsel Shri Karan Singh Gour for applicants submitted that he wishes to withdraw the application.

The criminal application is rejected as withdrawn.

Since learned counsel for applicants is withdrawing the application, the Court is not giving detailed reasons for its dismissal.

Though the application is disposed of as withdrawn, it is seen that order of issuance of Non Bailable Warrants were issued against accused persons on 5.10.2019 by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nagpur in Regular .....2/-

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri S.M.Ghodeswar for the State, makes a statement, on instructions from Head Constable, Ganeshpeth Police Station, that as on today Non Bailable Warrants are not received in the said police station.

The statement is accepted.

Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nagpur, is directed to make report to this Court as to why Non Bailable Warrants are not reached to concerned police station.

7.

Compliance report is to be made within a period of 10 days from today.
