The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.623/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 352, 118(1) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The allegations are made against this applicant that there is a scuffle between the applicant and the first informant who are relatives. They are from same family. The quarrel took place between both the families on parking of a tractor. There is a counter F.I.R. also.

The learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the offence punishable under Section 109(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita is registered. The allegations made against this applicant shows that fists and blows were given. Considering the allegations made against this applicant and as the applicant is attending the police station and also cooperating with the police machinery, for which the learned APP has conceded. The interim protection granted on 13.11.2025 needs to be confirmed on the same terms and conditions except condition No. (iv).
Hence, the following order- i] The application is allowed.
ii] The order dated 13.11.2025 granting adinterim anticipatory bail is confirmed. iii] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the investigating officer. iv] The application stands disposed of.
