Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have made this application to correct the name of their father which is wrongly mentioned as Sheikh Yusuf. His name is Sheikh Yonus.

It is stated that in fact Sheikh Nisar Shaikh Yusuf and Sheikh Nisar Sheikh Yonus is one and same person.

Learned Advocate for the appellant has no objection to allow the correction.
