In this Petition, the petitioners have assailed the Constitutional validity of the order 21.02.2024 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai Bench Camp at Nagpur by which the Tribunal has allowed the Original Application No.2055/2020 filed by the respondent and has directed the petitioners to pay family pension to the respondent from the date of death of her father. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the controversy involved in this petition is squarely covered by the decision of the Division Bench of this Court in Union of India & Anr. Vs. Smt. Usha Eknath Patil, 2018
