This is an application filed by the appellants for grant of stay. Heard both the sides. Perused the application. Admittedly, the appellants are in possession of the suit property. This Court has protected the possession of the appellants vide interim order dated 13.12.2017. In view thereof, there shall be stay to the effect, operation and implementation of the judgment and decree passed in R.C.S. No.14/2006 dated 13.02.2015 passed by the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Pauni, District-Bhandara, so also the judgment and order passed by the District Judge, Bhandara in R.C.A. No.33/2015 on 27.10.2017, till final disposal of the appeal. Civil Application stands disposed of.

Second Appeal No.728/2017 As per practice Note no.20 printing of paper-book is dispensed with. However, the learned Advocate for the appellants is directed to file private paper-book within a period of six weeks. JUDGE Gulande
