By this application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 28 days in filing the application for restoration of the writ petition of which registration was refused for failure to remove the office objections. 3.

Having regard the contents of the application and the submissions advanced, delay of 28 days in filing the restoration application is condoned, subject to costs of Rs. 3000/- to be paid by the applicants to the High Court Bar Association Library, Bench at Nagpur, within two weeks from today.

Application is allowed and disposed of MCA St. No.25500/2025 Heard.

By this application, the applicants/petitioners seek restoration of writ petition of which registration was refused for failure to remove the office objections by order dated 22-09-2025. The petitioners are desirous to prosecute the petition on merits and seek restoration of the appeal. Having regard to this, application is allowed.
