OCTOBER 3, 2024 After having heard the matter for some time, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy as available in law.

2] Permission is granted. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

3] The interim relief granted on 19/12/2019 shall continue for two weeks from today, i.e., up to 17/10/2024. Thereafter, the interim relief granted by this Court shall automatically stand vacated. The subsequent relief on this point will be sought by the petitioner before the appropriate authority.

4] The period undergone in pursuing the remedy before this Court shall be considered favourably for exclusion of period under Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963.
