Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

A prayer is made to direct the respondent No.1- Education Officer to take appropriate steps directing the respondent No.2- Management to forward the proposal for promotion of the petitioner at the post of 'Headmaster'.

Considering the issue involved in the petition and since no final call has been taken by the respondents, we direct that the present writ petition be treated as representation with a further direction to respondentauthority to decide the representation within eight weeks from today.

Needless to mention here that before passing final order the respondent-authority shall grant opportunity of being heard to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent No.1-authority on 01.12.2025.

The petitioner undertakes to produce copy of the petition alongwith the order passed today before the concerned authorities within one week from today. 7.
