2] This is an application for grant of permission to the power of attorney holder of respondent nos. 1, 3(b), 3(c), 3(d), 4 and 5 to sign on behalf of the others at the time of verification for disbursement of amount in the accounts of the respective applicants. 3] For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. The power of attorney is allowed to act on behalf of the other applicants for disbursement of amount in the accounts of the respective applicants. 4] The Registry shall act accordingly and ensure that the amount of compensation has been equally paid to the legal representatives through account payee cheque/RTGS.
