Heard.
2.
According to respondents, the tiger which was at the root of the issue, is already dead, no practical purpose will be served by reconsidering the controversy,.
3.
Adv. Mandlekar submits that because of observations of this Court in order dated 12th October 2017, the Forest Department has thereafter engaged a private shooter for the job. 3.
We keep all contentions of Adv. Mandlekar open and if any fresh cause of action arises, the same shall be looked into as per law, independent of findings in order dated 12th October, 2017.
4.
With this, we do not find any practical utility being served by entertaining the review and hence the request for condoning the delay and for reviewing the order dated 12th October, 2017 stands rejected.
