By order dated 04.12.2024, the bail granted to the non-applicant No.2 was cancelled. The said order is challenged by the non-applicant No.2 before the Apex Court bearing SLP(Crl) No.017743/2024. The said Special Leave Petition was listed, but it could not reach and therefore, the non-applicant No.2 is seeking two weeks time. 3.

Considering the reason mentioned in the application, two weeks time is extended.
