CIVIL APPLICATION (W)NO.2958/2018 By this application extension of further time has been sought for deciding the caste validity claim of the petitioner. Now, learned AGP informs that after filing of this application, decision has already been taken by the Committee on 2nd February, 2019. In view of the matter, we see no difficulty for extending the time till 2nd February, 2019.

Thus, Civil Application is disposed of accordingly in terms of this order.
