The learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the parties have settled the dispute amicably. It is submitted that the petition be disposed of in terms of the consent terms annexed to the mediation report dated 03.09.2024.

The mediation report forwarded by the Co-ordinator Mediation Centre along with the consent terms are taken on record and marked as 'X' for the purpose of identification.

The parties are present before this Court. They reiterated to have settled the dispute in terms of the consent terms. The consent terms are signed by the parties and their Advocate.

The petition is disposed of, in terms of consent terms.

In terms of consent terms, if the petition for divorce by mutual consent is filed, then considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the concerned Court shall waive the statutory period of six months specified under Section 13B (2) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, if the application to that effect is made.
