ATE : JULY 01 , 2024 The subject matter of the petition is not from the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. However, considering the nature of claim canvassed, we requested Mr.Purohit, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, to intervene. 2) Learned counsel Mr.Purohit submitted that there are compliances expected from the petitioners, list of which along with relevant documents shall be furnished by tomorrow to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3) Once the list is furnished, we deem it appropriate to permit the petitioners to report compliance and enter into the communication with the employer, who is within the jurisdiction of Aurangabad Bench.

4) In view of above, we dispose of the petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach afresh, if cause so arises, before the Aurangabad Bench.
