JANUARY 2, 2025 CIVIL APPLICATION NOS. 3220, 3218 AND 3219 OF By present applications, the petitioners are seeking to condone delay of 19 days in bringing on record the legal representatives of respondent no.2 as also to set aside the order of abatement.

2] The learned Counsel for the respondents, who is also appearing for the legal representatives of respondent no.2, has no objection.

3] In view of above and for the reasons set out in the applications, the same are allowed, as prayed for. Delay is condoned. The petitioners shall bring on record the legal representatives of respondent no.2 within two weeks from today. Amended copy be served on the other side.
