Heard Shri S.R. Sirpurkar, learned Counsel for the applicant.

Learned counsel has pointed out the report as also additional statement of the complainant dated 01.04.2018. As per the report the complainant, she has named 33 persons who beat her husband and committed his murder. In her additional statement, she has stated only three persons beat her husband. In her additional statement page no.113 she has stated that her husband was given some poisonous substance, whereas the report and the additional statement show that husband was hanged. The applicant is a lady. Looking to the changing statements of the complainant she is entitled for bail. Hence, the following order:-

2 3ba1043.18 The application is allowed.

(i) The applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one solvent surety in like amount. (ii) The applicant shall not tamper the evidence of prosecution witnesses.

(iii) The applicant shall attend trial Court on each and every date.

(iv) The applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of trial Court without prior permission.

(v) Breach of any condition amounts of cancellation of bail.
