It appears that after disposal of this appeal, this Court by order dated 15.04.2024 passed in Civil Application No.1130 of 2024 in First Appeal No.1081 of 2014 directed the Registry of this Court to return the bank guarantee. However, the bank guarantee is furnished in this appeal, but order regarding return of bank guarantee is passed in other First Appeal No. 1081 of 2014 perhaps, due to filing of civil application in the said appeal.

Be that as it may, the order dated 15.04.2024 passed in Civil Application No.1130 of 2024 in First Appeal No. 1081 of 2014 be treated as an order passed in this appeal. 3.

The Registry to act accordingly.
