Learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, states that the entire amount awarded by the Reference Court will be deposited by the applicant along with interest accrued, therein till date of deposit, within eight weeks with this Court.

In view of the above there shall be stay to the

1 caf no.1530.25.odt..odt execution of impugned judgment and decree dated 29.07.2024 in Case No.1364/AMT/AMT/2020 passed by Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur subject to deposit of the entire amount within eight weeks failing which stay shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court. 4.

The application stands disposed of.
