The petitioner who is the allottee of plot nos. 31 and 34 out of Kh. No.7 and 11 of mouza Pardi, has sought directions to the respondent State Government to deal with the proposal forwarded by respondent Nagpur Improvement Trust thereby proposing deletion of reservation of market and earmarking the same to be commercial zone pursuant to the provisions of Section 37 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. We are informed that the entire proposal is already forwarded by the respondent NIT and the same is pending for consideration with the State Government since last about half year. 2.
In views of aforesaid factual matrix it can be inferred from the record, that proposal forwarded by this respondent is pending before the Government. Hence, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent State Government to take a decision on the proposal dated 24-11-2023 forwarded by the respondent in relation to the aforesaid plots for the
2 wp 1991.24.odt purpose of modification in the development plan,within a period of nine months from today.

In view of above directions, the petition stands disposed of. No costs.
