This is an application for review.

It is the contention of the applicant that the observations on page Nos.39, 40 and 41 of the present application are adverse to the legal rights of the applicant. On perusal of the relevant observations, I do not think that the said observations affect the legal rights of the applicant. If that be so, it cannot be said that the applicant is aggrieved by the observations made in the order. There is no error apparent on the face of record. The Misc. Civil Application is therefore dismissed.
