DATE : 23/08/2022 1] Mr. Futane, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an affidavit on 2.8.2022 of the petitioner no.1, stating that Respondent No.3 is residing with the petitioners and they are taking care of all her need including her daily maintenance and medical bills. Mr. Zoting, learned counsel for Respondent No.3 submits that he is unaware of the position, as the respondent No.3 has not contacted him through the local counsel. 2] The statement of Mr. Futane, learned counsel for the petitioner is accepted, considering which the petition is disposed of by directing the petitioners to take care of maintenance and other medical needs of Respondent No.3.

3] It is made clear that in case any complaint is received from Respondent No.3 of any nature henceforth,

(2) 14wp268.20 the petitioners shall have to face the consequences and it would be open for the Respondent No. 3 to revive the petition.

4] The amount deposited in this Court in pursuance to the order dated 27.7.2022, be transferred by RTGS in the account of Respondent No.3.

5] The petitioner shall place before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, the RTGS details of Respondent No. 3 for this purpose.
