We are informed that the petitioner has preferred a representation dated 12/10/2023 thereby demonstrating that he is illegally denied posting in the vacant post of Revenue Assistant at Sub Divisional Office, Mehkar.

In the aforesaid background the writ petition is disposed of with directions to respondent No.2-Divisional Commissioner, Amravati to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 12/10/2023 expeditiously and in any case within a period of six weeks from the date of production of this order. The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner.
