Pursuant to the said pursis, petitioner was granted liberty to move a representation after he collect the necessary documents, thereby seeking pay fixation. 2) In response to the Court's query, it is informed that petitioner has not made any representation after the said writ petition was permitted to be withdrawn on 17/08/2023. 3) That being so, we don't see any reason to cause interference, as such the petition stands dismissed.
