Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

In short, his submission is that though the petitioner is entitled for the retirement benefits, the same has not been disbursed by the respondentsauthorities. He has invited our attention to the communication dated 24.10.2025 by which certain deficiencies have been pointed out to the petitioner.

Be that as it may, since the issue can be decided by the respondent authority regarding grant of retiral benefits, if the deficiencies pointed out in the communication dated 24.10.2025 are answered, we direct the respondent authority to treat the present petition as representation and same shall be decided by the respondent no.3-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur within a period of ten weeks from the date of production of copy of this order before him. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of the present petition along with the copy of order passed today before the respondent no.3-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur within two weeks.
