The grievance of the petitioner is, non compliance of the order passed in Writ Petition No.555 of 2015. The arrears of salary of the petitioner of Rs.5,16,198/- were not paid to the petitioner. 2.

As the respondent nos. 1 and 2 failed to appear inspite of service, non bailable warrants were issued against them. In pursuance of the execution of bailable warrants, President of respondent no. 1 and Principal - respondent no. 2 are present today. It is reported that the respondent no. 1 was arrayed through it's Secretary. However, the Secretary is not keeping well, hence the President has attended in his place. A

905 CP-16-2018 pursis is filed on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2 stating that a Demand Draft of Rs.5,16,198/- towards arrears of salary of the petitioner is handed over to the petitioner. The order passed in Writ Petition No.555 of 2015 is complied with. The learned advocate for the petitioner confirms the said position.

In view of the compliance of the order, the contempt petition is disposed of.
