Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.

Both learned counsels fairly state that tough earlier the charge of Presiding Officer, Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Nagpur had not been given, by communication dated 01/10/2025, the charge has now been given upon the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Aurangabad to decide proceedings. Two pending revision applications i.e. Application No. REV / TEN/AMT-46/2025 and Revision Application No. REV / TEN /AMT-27/2024, which are presently pending before the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Mumbai, Nagpur Bench, Nagpur, therefore can be directed to be decided by the Tribunal at Aurangabad.

In view of the aforesaid communication dated 01/10/2025, the Registry of the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Nagpur is directed to forward the said two revision applications, along with stay applications, to Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Aurangabad.

The Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Aurangabad shall decide the stay applications within a period of ten days from today. The main proceedings shall thereafter be decided expeditiously.

Needless to mention, the respondents shall not dispossess the petitioner for a period of ten days from today or until the stay applications are decided, whichever is earlier. 6.
