Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of both the learned Counsel appearing for the parties.

I have gone through the petition and order dated 03.08.2018 passed by the Labour Court, Chandrapur in Complaint (ULP) No.8 of 2018 and by consent of the parties, the petition is disposed of with the following directions :

O R D E R

i) The Labour Court, Chandrapur shall proceed to record the evidence of the parties and endeavour to dispose of the complaint within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this judgment.

The petitioner undertakes to cooperate with the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Chandrapur in completing his evidence within a period of four months from today and shall not seek any adjournment in the matter. The respondents submit that it may at the most record the evidence of three witnesses and shall cooperate with the Presiding Officer of the Labour Court, Chandrapur in completing the entire proceedings within the aforementioned period.

ii) The petition is disposed of with the aforementioned directions. Interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 16.11.2018 shall continue, until the disposal of the Complaint (ULP) No.8 of 2018. 3.

Rule is made absolute in the above terms.
