DATE : 15-10-2024 After having heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that purpose of filing petition will be served, if the petitioner is allowed to withdraw the petitions with liberty to avail remedies as available in law including filing fresh suit.

Considering the fact that in Writ Petition No. 3709/2021, the petitioner has been held to be landlord by the first appellate Court whereas in Writ Petition No. 8014/2018, the petitioner has been found to have failed to prove that he is landlord, despite documentary evidence in his favour, permission to withdraw the petitions with liberty is granted.

Writ petitions are accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
