This is an application for condonation of 74 days delay caused in filing appeal against impugned judgment and award, dated 01/01/2022 passed by learned 4th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Amravati in L.A.C. No.23/2018. The reasons have been stated in the application.

This is an application filed by respondent No.1 for withdrawal of amount of Rs.2,36,127/- ( Rupees Two Lacs Thirty Six Thousand One Hundred and Twenty Seven Only) deposited by the appellant/acquiring body towards the compensation.

The reasons have been stated in the application. In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

Respondent No.1-Sandeep s/o Shankarrao Tikhe is allowed to withdraw 90% of the amount with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking to the effect that he will return the said amount in case the appeal is decided against
