We direct the respondent-Scrutiny Committee, Yavatmal to consider and decide the tribe claim of the petitioners in any case before May 31, 2024. 3.

The petitioners undertake to remain present before the respondentScrutiny Committee on February 15, 2024. 4.

Needless to clarify that no extension on whatsoever count would be granted considering the fact that the petitioners are pursuing their studies. 5.
