By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks direction to respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated 24.01.2025.

Since the prayer is innocuous, we hereby direct the respondent no.2 Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amravati to decide the said representation in accordance with law, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of this order before the concern respondent, within two weeks from today.

The decision taken, be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 6.
