At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he has an alternate remedy of preferring proceeding before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to prefer alternate remedy of proceeding before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. Permission is granted.
