Considering the defence of the appellantInsurance Company and the fact that the claimant no. 1 is widow of deceased, the claimant no. 2 is minor son of deceased and the claimant nos. 3 and 4 are parents of deceased, the following order is passed:-

O R D E R

a) The amount deposited by the appellantInsurance Company be kept in fixed deposit in nationalized bank till disposal of the appeal. b) 50% of the amount of interest which accrues on the deposited amount be given to respondent no. 1-Ratnamala Santosh Solanke (widow of deceased) for herself and respondent

2 cao1799.2017 no. 2-Akshay Santosh Solanke (son of deceased). c) 50% of the amount of interest which accrues on the deposited amount be given to the respondent nos. 3 and 4 (parents of deceased). d) This amount be disbursed quarterly, starting from 05/07/2018.

The civil application is disposed in the above terms.
