In the present petition, the learned appointed counsel through Legal Aid Committee filed a pursis dated 1st July, 2025 stating that after issuance of notice in the present matter, the petitioner has been appointed by the respondents on 10th October, 2024, hence, nothing survives in the present petition and permission be granted to withdraw the petition.

Permission is granted as prayed for.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn in view of pursis dated 1st July, 2025.

Fees of the learned appointed counsel be quantified and be paid as per Rules.
