Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

A limited prayer made is to direct the respondents to decide the application for grant of compassionate appointment. 3.

The husband of the petitioner died during the course of employment on 22nd July, 2009 and consequently the petitioner preferred an application dated 10th August, 2011 for grant of compassionate appointment. Be that as it may, the said application can be taken to its logical end by the respondent Nos.4 and 5.

In that view of the matter, we direct the respondent No.4 to decide the application dated 10th August, 2011 within a period of ten weeks from the date of production of this order before the respondent No.4. 5.
