A prayer is made to direct the respondent no. 1 to remove the encroachment made by the respondent no. 3. 3.

The petitioner has further stated that though he has made an application dated 03/01/2023 before the Tahsildar, Kamptee, same is not taken to logical end. Be that as it may, since the application/representation dated 03/01/2023 is already pending before the Tahsildar, we direct the Tahsildar, Kamptee to decide the same in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from receipt of this order.
