I have heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent. Perused the investigation papers. At this stage, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file afresh after the evidence of the victim is recorded before the trial Court.
